Dr. Victoria Rose Veytsman, DDS, is a nationally recognized celebrity cosmetic dentist, entrepreneur and changemaker. She is the founder of Cosmetic Dental Studios in NY & LA,  ROSE CODE, Inc., and a Wellness Biotech consumer brand launching in 2026.

Born and raised in New York as a first-generation American, Dr. Veytsman’s journey reflects resilience, vision, and a strong work ethic. She graduated high school at 16 and became the youngest graduate of the NYU College of Dentistry at 22. She completed her residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital through Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. Originally an artist, Dr. V —as she’s affectionately known— was drawn to cosmetic dentistry as the perfect fusion of art and science. She completed fellowships in aesthetic dentistry around the country, and her clinical practice currently focuses exclusively on dentofacial aesthetics and full mouth reconstructions. Today, Dr. V has redefined the "smile makeover" as a catalyst for internal and external transformation.

Licensed in New York, Los Angeles, and Dubai, Dr. V has cultivated a global clientele ranging from celebrities and public figures to individuals seeking advanced, bespoke transformations at the intersection of health and beauty. Known for her artistry and science-driven approach, she has become a leading voice in cosmetic dentistry, holistic health, and beauty innovation.

Entrepreneurship and Vision

Through ROSE CODE™,  Dr. Veytsman is pioneering a premium oral beauty and wellness brand at the intersection of oral care, beauty, and wellness. Bridging clinical science and aspirational design, ROSE CODE™ highlights the Mouth-Body-Beauty™ connection with products that elevate confidence, support systemic health, and reimagine oral care as a beauty ritual. ROSE CODE™ is B-corp certified and through this company, Dr. V leads the Rose Code Collective that focuses on Global Impact. 

In 2026, Dr. V is introducing a Biotech Wellness company focusing on microbiome and longevity insights. By unlocking personalized data and offering tailored products and platforms, this venture will give people greater autonomy in their health journeys.

Beyond Dentistry

Often referred to as an "Architect of Transformation," Dr. Veytsman's passions lie in bringing transformation to smiles, health, industries, and communities.  Beyond her clinical and entrepreneurial roles, Dr. V is a sought-after speaker, media expert, and advocate for purpose-driven living and leadership. She serves on nonprofit boards such as Smile Train and leads the ROSE CODE™ ‘CODE FOR CHANGE’ initiative focused on education and economic mobility for women.

She holds a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University, a Master’s in Humanitarian Action from the Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies at the University of San Diego, and a Master’s in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins.
